Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to fill this crucial role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in leadership positions within an International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and possess strong communication skills.

About the Role

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a group of employees, monitoring work performance and attendance.
  2. The incumbent will impart effective coaching to team members to enhance their performance and deliver high-quality results on a monthly basis.
  3. The selected candidate will identify performance-related issues, develop a plan to improve them, and implement corrective action when necessary.
  4. The chosen individual will ensure that all services delivered meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  5. The leader will communicate expectations clearly to employees and provide regular updates.
  6. The team leader will conduct meetings to facilitate open communication among team members.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • A motivated and skilled individual with expertise in developing and coaching team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lead teams effectively, manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position within an International BPO.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective leadership and management skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
