Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process consulting, with expertise in delivering transformational initiatives via consulting skills. They will provide thought leadership, developing reusable assets, and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and influencing downstream IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on process optimization, change management, and technology implementation.
  • Analyze industry trends and develop innovative solutions using digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Direct experience gained ideally within the continuous manufacturing industry or a consulting firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of business value chains and industry trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and enabling technologies.
  • Technical expertise in PLM tools (Windchill, Team Center, SAP PLM, Enovia, etc.).
  • Work experience in product analytics and project management.
