Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled business transformation professional to lead strategic initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop technical fit documents based on workshop outcomes.
  • Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Deploy functional specifications in software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).
  • Train super users of our clients on the platform.
  • Explain support mechanisms and set cadences for support/business-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
