Job Overview:
As a Copywriter, you will work closely with art directors, project managers, site merchandisers, and business councils to develop engaging copy for Target.com and the Target App. Your role will involve brainstorming innovative ideas, writing and editing content, and collaborating with partners in Minneapolis to bring projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and proofread content for guests across various platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to concept and write copy that aligns with the Target brand
- Stay up-to-date with the latest editorial, cultural, and design trends to ensure consistent quality
- Liaise with partners in Minneapolis to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and presenting work to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in advertising or digital agencies
- A completed 3-year college degree in English, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing breadth of writing capabilities and understanding of US culture and trends
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, based on your skills, experience, and location. This salary range reflects the competitive market rate for a Copywriter in Bengaluru.
