As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will leverage your expertise in motion graphics design to develop innovative concepts for various projects. You'll collaborate closely with creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard ideas, ensuring a cohesive vision. Your production and technical skills will bring creative visions to life across a diverse range of media.

Your role encompasses different facets per project, including concepting creative solutions and executing approved concepts in ways that challenge conventional thinking. Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners, you are comfortable in hands-on creation as well as explaining concepts to partners across the organization.

You will need to demonstrate excellent fundamentals of composition, color, and typography. Critical to this role is staying current with motion and technology trends and experiences, and being a passionate advocate for great design.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience preferred but not required
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of motion capabilities, with a focus on design and art direction
  • Expert knowledge of standard design software (Adobe tools, Mac platform, etc.)
  • Expertise in either 2D, 3D, or both – After Effects, Cinema 4D, and/or 3DS Max
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Think strategically, critically, and creatively
  • Action-oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly – self-starting, highly motivated, fast working
  • Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
