Senior Data Scientist Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Scientist to spearhead our media analytics initiatives. With 7-8 years of experience in data science and analytics, you will drive marketing measurement and optimization by delivering actionable insights and evaluating marketing effectiveness.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics models for customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix modeling. Additionally, you will solve complex media optimization problems and conduct A/B testing to evaluate proposed solutions.

This role requires collaboration with domain leads and business stakeholders to design and develop analytical and AI solutions that align with the organization's strategy and objectives. You will also support cross-functional teams to solve complex analytical challenges and drive performance improvement.

Key Requirements
  • 7-8 years of experience in data science/analytics with a focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields with emphasis on quantitative methods and solutions.
  • Experience with Python, Spark, SQL, Databricks platform, Snowflake, Azure cloud services, MLOps techniques, BI tools, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across diverse global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with classification models, time series forecasting, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI.
  • Background in Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry.
