This role is a blend of creative social media management and data-driven performance marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals, collaborating with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging posts, and publishing daily content across various platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and publish high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize social media campaigns and improve overall performance.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
    • Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations.
  • Analytics & Growth:
    • Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions).
    • Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
