Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Informatica Developer to join our data integration and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ETL development, support, data cleansing, quality control, and transformation activities across multiple business applications.

The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions. Additionally, the candidate will perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP, and others.

The successful candidate will also execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers. Furthermore, they will support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
  • Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud integration.
Benefits
