Grow Your Staff is looking for a Data Migration Specialist for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in Ahmedabad, India, or for those who are willing to relocate.The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.Experience: 3-5 yearsCTC: INR 12-20 LPALocation: On-site (Ahmedabad)Time: 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)Responsibilities:Lead the collection and organization of data from customers.Create, maintain, and update advanced Excel templates for internal and client use.Clean, validate, and manipulate raw customer data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Perform data imports with precision and maintain high-quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the data collection and reporting process.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, formatting, and accuracy.Document processes and maintain data handling best practices.Validate and test migrated data to ensure integrity post-import.Generate reports on data quality and migration progress.Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues in a timely manner.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).Proven experience in data migration projectsExperience with data validation and troubleshooting inconsistencies.Experience with large datasets and ensuring high-quality data imports.Strong knowledge of Excel functions, pivot tables, macros, and automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for engaging with international clients.
