Job Description

As a seasoned professional in Salesforce DevOps and delivery management, you will lead mobilization programs across diverse technology platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and establishing processes, tools, quality controls, and assets for new engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement agile methodologies to drive delivery excellence using quality metrics and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Track and manage contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring; build reusable knowledge bases and playbooks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment teams to ensure successful mobilization.
  • Champion Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Git-based version control, and automation pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has proven expertise in mobilizing and transitioning large-scale delivery engagements, strong understanding of agile delivery management and SI delivery excellence, hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices, and exposure to multiple industries.

  • Proven track record of success in project management and delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools for schedule, budget, and quality tracking.
  • Domain knowledge in at least one functional area (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Experience).
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies.
