Job Summary

The Technical Architect - DevOps plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. This individual must possess exceptional expertise in advising, designing, and managing deployment orchestration to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
  • Evaluate existing DevOps processes and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement tailored DevOps solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Select and implement DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Lead DevOps design sessions and document best practices.
  • Develop and enforce governance models for consistency across deployments.
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments.
  • Support pre-sales activities and collaborate with Salesforce product teams.
Technical Requirements
  • 10+ years of CRM experience with at least 8 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expert knowledge of the Salesforce product suite.
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and version control best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and Version Control Systems.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, or professional background.
