About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Salesforce DevOps Architect to lead and scale our DevOps practice across multiple enterprise-level Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure, team leadership, and strategic delivery across release management, environment governance, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement Salesforce DevOps frameworks using tools like Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, and Azure DevOps.
  • Drive CI/CD pipelines and manage Salesforce release cycles across projects.
  • Lead a team of DevOps professionals; manage talent development, training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with solution and technical architects to design scalable DevOps strategies.
  • Oversee environment strategy, branching models, backup and recovery processes.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, participate in leadership meetings, and educate internal sales/presales teams on DevOps propositions.
  • Conduct bootcamps, demos, and internal upskilling sessions on DevOps best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to global DevSecOps practices and maintain audit/compliance standards.

  • Salesforce DevOps Tools: Copado, Gearset, Flosum, ClickDeploy, AutoRABIT, SFDX-CLI
  • CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, SonarQube, GoCD
  • Deployment & Configuration Management: Ansible, XL Deploy, Terraform, ArgoCD
  • Cloud & Containerization: AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM), Docker, Kubernetes
  • Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python, Groovy
  • Middleware & Integration: Apache, Tomcat, Kafka, IBM MQ, Eureka
  • Agile Delivery: JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall methodology


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in a Salesforce DevOps role.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification (additional Salesforce or Copado certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience managing global DevOps initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience leading migrations from legacy CI/CD tools to modern Salesforce DevOps pipelines.
  • Exposure to Salesforce release readiness processes.
  • Prior client-facing consulting experience.
