Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Dev Ops professional to design, build, and configure enterprise-grade applications, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
Provide scalable, efficient solutions to challenges affecting multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement in Dev Ops processes, including CI/CD automation.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing to build team capabilities and domain expertise.
Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Skills: Background in configuration and release management.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
Experience with security and compliance in Salesforce deployments.
Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to lead through influence.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Resilience under pressure with a focus on quality outcomes.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum 12 years in Salesforce Dev Ops.
Technical Skills: Advanced Salesforce Dev Ops expertise Strong CI/CD pipeline management skills Git version control mastery Agile methodology experience Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues Education: 15 years of full-time education.
