ERP Operations Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive leader to manage day-to-day ERP activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage ERP operations across multiple modules including sales, CRM, finance, purchase, inventory, projects, and HR.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance by handling entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
  • Provide support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP software.
  • Generate, analyze, and share business intelligence reports and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision ERP system.
  • Develop training programs and provide support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP modules such as CRM, sales, finance, projects, purchase, and inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful business reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.).
  • Prior experience in the real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
