The ERP Specialist is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain ERP applications, collaborating with business associates and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users across departments, resolving technical issues and offering remote assistance.
  • Analyze and document business requirements to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
  • Generate reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Effectively supervise a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Onboard new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed, and providing training and support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting ERP systems and collaborating with business associates.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
