ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Operations Manager to join our team. As an ERP Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning system.

  • You will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day ERP operations across various modules, including sales, CRM, finance, purchase, inventory, and projects.
  • You will handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • You will support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  • You will generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • You will ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  • You will provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  • You will contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience in ERP systems (2-5 years).
  • Good understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
