Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our warehouse operations in Gurugram. As Warehouse Executive, you will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-added servicing, and dispatch of goods.

This role involves strategic management of warehousing and distribution processes, ensuring timely completion of activities within defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure accurate stock levels and timely inventory turnover
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Apply deep understanding of warehouse processes, including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put Away
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain high stock accuracy standards
  • Generate monthly, weekly, and daily reports using MIS software
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for seamless dispatches and returns
  • Process E-way bills, Goods Receipt Notes, and vendor invoices accurately
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve operational excellence

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in e-commerce or fulfillment centers
  • Familiarity with WMS or SAP-like ERP systems is a significant advantage
  • Graduate degree with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
