Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to enhance our team's capabilities and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex projects and ensuring timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective stakeholder relationships through regular engagement
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to facilitate interaction via email, calls, and meetings
  • Conducting thorough testing with proficiency in cXML integrations and Punchout setup
  • Utilizing Excel skills to analyze data and create actionable reports as needed
  • Assisting in mail management and responding efficiently to queries
  • Staying up-to-date with OCR systems and their implementation, with a focus on ERP knowledge and testing experience
  • Collaborating closely with ARIBA, SAP, COUPA teams to ensure seamless integration

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in OCR, EDI, CRM, or ERP integration
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with OCR systems and their implementation
  • ERP knowledge, ideally with testing experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ARIBA, SAP, COUPA, including cXML integrations and Punchout setup
