As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in collaborating with System Architects and Product Managers to drive business analysis activities. This key position involves capturing the voice of the customer to define business processes and product needs.

You will work closely with Product Managers and customers to outline scope and value for new developments, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals. Your expertise in software development methodologies (Scrum) and user requirements writing will facilitate effective communication between teams.

In this role, you will prioritize release scopes, refine the Product backlog, and ensure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized. You will also develop and implement effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems, or Diploma in Information Systems with relevant experience
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to communicate with senior leadership

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of software systems strategy, governance, and infrastructure
  • Experience in managing product features, developing product roadmaps, and user journeys
  • Familiarity with low-code, no-code test automation software, DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology
