Job Title: Senior Platinum Consultant - SAP EWMExperience: 14+ Years Job Location: Hyderabad Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platinum Consultant specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead large-scale warehouse management projects.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EWM solution design, implementation, and integration, along with strong leadership skills to drive project delivery and client engagement at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, upgrades, and support projects for large and complex warehouse environments.

Provide strategic and technical guidance on SAP EWM solution architecture, design, and best practices.

Drive requirement gathering, process workshops, and fit-gap analysis to align EWM solutions with client business processes.

Oversee configuration and customization of SAP EWM components including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse structure, inventory management, labor management, slotting, and cross-docking.

Manage integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM, WM) and external systems such as WMS, TMS, and automation equipment.

Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to address complex warehouse operations challenges and recommend innovative SAP EWM solutions.

Prepare and review technical and functional documentation, including design specs, test plans, and user manuals.

Support change management initiatives and deliver training to client stakeholders and end users.

Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development and client presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:14+ years of experience in SAP EWM with multiple full life-cycle implementations and large-scale warehouse management projects.

Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and processes including inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory.

Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, process optimization, and integration with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

Experience with SAP EWM advanced features such as labor management, slotting, wave management, RF/mobile solutions, and automation integration.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and budget.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction, workshop facilitation, and executive reporting.

Ability to mentor and coach junior consultants and team members.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, flexible warehouse solutions.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

SAP EWM certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Embedded EWM implementations.

Familiarity with SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) integration.

Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution sectors.

Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and Io T integration.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
