Pros CPQ Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pros CPQ specialist to fill this key position.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with PROS Control & Guidance and Smart CPQ, as well as PROS Analytics and Pricing 301 certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine Business Requirements: Meet with business users, management, and cross-functional teams to understand defined business requirements and determine the appropriate SAP/PROS configuration or development required.
  • Design PROS and ERP Based Systems: Lead blueprinting sessions, evaluate solutions, and provide guidance on best practices for the PROS and SAP interfaces.
  • Support PROS Configurations: Translate business requirements into configuration, document complex or unique configurations, and develop, test, and migrate the required configuration to production.
  • Help Prepare Development Specifications: Document required functionality, input, and output for ABAP/CDS views/PROS Control & Guidance/PROS Smart CPQ, and provide oversight to offshore developers to ensure requirements are understood.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or management information systems.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with PROS Control & Guidance and Smart CPQ.
  • Must have PROS Analytics and Pricing 301 certifications.
  • Nice to have: 3 years' experience in SAP ECC/S4 Sales and Distribution – Pricing requirements and formula routines.
  • Experience with Oracle/PLSQL, XML, html, and Java is a plus.
