Technical Implementation Specialist

The role involves supporting the ongoing maintenance and implementation of a cloud-based billing platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for the platform, addressing issues and optimizing performance.
  • Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between systems.
  • Develop custom workflows to automate business processes.
  • Create reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Analyze, transform, and manage data flows using SQL and Python.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical roles.
  • Expertise in at least two of the three Zuora applications: Billing, Revenue, and CPQ.
  • Strong foundation in SQL for data queries and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data handling.
