Linux Support Associate Job Details

We are seeking a skilled individual to assist clients via email, live chat, and support tickets to resolve hosting-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients through email, live chat, and support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to VPS and dedicated servers.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux and Windows environments.
  • Assist clients with RDP, VNC, and SSH-related queries.
  • Support clients in using hosting panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, delivering a high standard of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a web hosting or VPS hosting company.
  • Hands-on experience with VPS and dedicated servers.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
  • Experience working with RDP, VNC, and SSH.
  • Familiarity with cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of Virtualizor, WHMCS, or SolusVM.
