**Requirements**

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot) is a plus.
* Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
* Proven experience in delivering training sessions or teaching roles, especially in digital marketing.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and other digital marketing tools.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
* Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability to different learning styles.

**Preferred**

* Prior experience in developing e-learning modules.
* Experience in working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Certifications from platforms like Google Digital Garage, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
