At Modifyed Digital, we're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social media marketing department, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing engaging content, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication. You will also be responsible for developing monthly content calendars, coordinating with our creative team, and ensuring timely production and posting of high-quality content across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional service to our clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Content Planning and Scheduling: Develop strategic content plans, working closely with our design and content teams to ensure all content aligns with client goals and campaign needs.
  • Social Media Strategy Execution: Implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives, including increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and provide regular reports with actionable insights for clients.
  • Community Management: Monitor client social media pages for comments and messages, engaging with the community, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Trend Analysis and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for client accounts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Strong content writing and editing skills, with a good understanding of brand voice.
  • Analytical skills for tracking social media metrics and reporting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
