About the RoleThe Operations & Project Manager will serve as the central hub for operational efficiency, taking ownership of critical activities that drive business growth.
This role addresses key issues:
- Poor project tracking and prioritization.
- Inefficient team time allocation on non-core tasks.
- Uneven workload distribution causing team member overwhelm.
By assuming responsibility for key data, reporting, and operational support, this role enables the team to focus on expertise-driven revenue generation.

Data and Reporting
- Maintain and update trackers for sales, marketing, scorecard, and retention metrics.
- Generate weekly reports summarizing insights from all trackers.
Ad-Hoc Project Management
- Oversee critical business initiatives, such as HubSpot/email/domain migrations and Notion dashboard development.
- Investigate and implement new software solutions.
- Ensure team actions/projects are tracked and driven to completion.
- Support SOP creation and documentation.
Marketing and Sales Support
- Schedule social media posts and manage updates to tools like Calendly.
- Organize and subtitle marketing videos.
- Collate and report on data for marketing and sales initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for marketing and sales processes.
Hard Skills
- Prince 2/PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Notion.
Data Collection and Reporting
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience designing and maintaining dashboards/trackers.
- Knowledge of scorecard KPI tracking.
Process and SOP Development
- Skilled at documenting and standardizing workflows.
- Strong understanding of process optimization.
Technical Literacy
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and adopting new software solutions.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
