Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our startup, you will drive campaigns across multiple platforms, achieve client ROAS, and grow their brands.

Job Description

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms, achieving client ROAS, growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV)

You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, efficient optimization, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills – you can explain data and strategy clearly
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
  • A high-ownership mindset – you take initiative and ensure results
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time
