Marketing Web Expert

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Web Expert to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

  • This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.
About the Role:

The Marketing Web Expert will work closely with our Marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts that drive engagement and conversions. You'll also be responsible for monitoring site performance and running regular audits, measuring conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and providing directional suggestions to the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, as well as proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging online experiences for leads and customers.
  • Develop web pages and landing page concepts that meet brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
Qualifications:
  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
