Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms

This is a long-term contract position for an experienced Collaboration Senior Systems Engineer.

We seek a motivated individual with solid technical expertise and collaboration skills to automate business processes, participate in technical design, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

As a Collaboration Systems Engineer, you will oversee the administration and integration of collaboration platforms. You will work closely with internal and external partners to establish strong relationships and deliver efficient, secure, and practical solutions that drive productivity experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate on ongoing issues and projects by writing technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit optimism in challenging situations.
