Expert Senior Full Stack Developer Wanted
We are looking for an expert senior full stack developer with a strong background in MERN technologies to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the MERN stack, including ReactJS, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. They should also be proficient in Typescript, gRPC protocol, and MySQL/RDS.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must be able to create architectural patterns for large-scale web applications, write high-quality, optimized code, and work well as part of a distributed team based in India.
The role involves collaborating with existing team members, sharing knowledge and experience, conducting code reviews and architecture reviews, and enforcing software engineering best practices.
As an independent contractor, the monthly salary will be equivalent to an hourly rate between $18 to $28/hour net to the successful candidate, determined based on skills, experience, and a successful technical interview.
Agencies or 'groups' of developers who mimic agencies are ineligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily stand-up meetings on Zoom at 9:00A IST.
- Collaborate with our existing team in India (IST daytime), share knowledge and experience, conduct code reviews and architecture reviews, enforce software engineering best practices.
- Write well-documented code and follow best practices.
- Write unit tests for your work product.
- Be available full-time during IST daytime hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with MERN stack.
- Proven experience as an efficient, expert engineer.
- Able to create architectural patterns for a large, scalable web application.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with gRPC protocol.
- Experience with MySQL/RDS.
- Experience with Github.
- Experience with JIRA & AWS.
- Experience writing Unit Tests for your work (We use Jest).
- Experience using AI tools to complete work.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and a strong interest in developing AI-driven features.
Benefits:
- Monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate between $18 to $28/hour net to the successful candidate, determined based on skills, experience, and a successful technical interview.
