Business Operations Manager

A career within Operational Due Diligence will provide a wide and valuable experience in an exciting and dynamic working and learning environment. The role will position you to work as part of a larger operations team and will include the following activities:
- Assist in conducting comprehensive due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Collect, review, and analyze data, including employee contracts, benefits, compensation, and organizational structure.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in target companies.
- Review processes in place to manage compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and assess potential liabilities related to HR.
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, including commenting on Sale and Purchase Agreement protections.
- Report findings and recommendations clearly and accurately, both verbally and in formal written reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve due diligence processes and tools.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR or benefits, with at least 3 years in a due diligence or similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
