Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in North India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability in North India.
- Lead Account Managers in executing the GTM strategy, growing order book and revenues within their accounts.
- Collaborate with Practice Leaders to develop plans for achieving Practice targets and account allocation to account managers.
- Over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high Total Contract Value (TCV) annually in quota-carrying roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with key clients.
