Revenue Growth and Optimization Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead global sales planning and development, driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes. As a key member of the revenue organization, this role will play a critical part in improving the lead-to-opportunity pipeline and supporting senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead global sales planning, including building and leading an SDR team.
- Implement training programs to equip teams with knowledge required for effective outbound prospecting.
- Take ownership of team performance and lead coaching and improvement plans for the SDR team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and evolve the prospecting process, incorporating industry best practices.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in global B2B sales operations within the technology, advertising, or marketing sectors.
- Experience with technically oriented selling and willingness and ability to learn new complex concepts and apply them.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and strategies.
- Hands-on experience with technology-focused sales tools and CRM systems, including SFDC, Outreach, and 6Sense.
