We are seeking a Retail Trainer who will be responsible for providing training to our offline retail team using various methodologies, techniques, and interactive activities.

  • Design and deliver orientation programs for retail teams
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires
  • Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
  • Observe customer interactions and identify training needs for each touch point
  • Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client scenarios
  • Train retail staff on product knowledge, service skills, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in-store and classroom settings
  • Apply various sales training techniques, such as gamification, case studies, and group activities
  • Maintain up-to-date records of training curricula and materials
  • Develop a training calendar in collaboration with the retail operations team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of work experience as a Retail Trainer, Product Trainer, or Sales Trainer
  • Experience in the retail industry, preferably in sportswear
  • Willingness to travel and visit retail stores as needed
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and e-learning platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • Additional certifications in training may be an asset
