Sponsorship Sales Professional

Join a dynamic team as we seek an experienced Sponsorship Sales Professional to drive revenue growth through strategic partnership development and management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to leverage their sales skills, industry knowledge, and creative thinking to forge lasting relationships with key sponsors. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship agreements.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports and events, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential sponsors, developing customized proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our brand.
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with existing and prospective sponsors, understanding their goals and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Agreement Execution: Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements, ensuring clear expectations and timelines are established for both parties.
  • Activation Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations, including branding, digital assets, event activations, and hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or client servicing (sports, events, or media preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
