AI Architecture Lead

This role spearheads the end-to-end architecture and strategic enablement of enterprise-grade GenAI platforms.

The position involves designing scalable, event-driven agent orchestration frameworks, modular agent templates, and integration patterns that empower intelligent, governed, and reusable agent ecosystems.

  • Create high-performance, modular AI agent frameworks (Agent Mesh, Orchestrator, Memory, Canvas) for broad reuse across the organization.
  • Develop event-driven orchestration and agentic execution patterns to enable context-aware workflows.
  • Drive platform integration across Agent Factory and related platforms to ensure consistency in observability, security, and orchestration patterns.
  • Design reusable agent templates, blueprints, and context frameworks to expedite use case onboarding across domains.
  • Establish architecture standards to embed Responsible AI (RAI), data privacy, and policy enforcement within GenAI agents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development or AI architecture roles, with a focus on LLMs, Generative AI, or intelligent agents.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as LangGraph, Temporal, vector databases, multimodal RAGs, event-driven systems, and memory management.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, REST APIs, and observability stacks.
