Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies.

This leadership position plays a key role in guiding teams to adopt and maintain Scrum principles, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Agile frameworks to enhance team productivity and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and continuous learning
  • Lead the adoption of Scrum practices and facilitate training sessions for team members
  • Assess project progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting for IT initiatives

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Kanban boards, and other relevant software
  • Experience working with IT project managers and development teams
  • Familiarity with finance domains, including Brokerage, Asset Management, or Investment Banking, is a plus
