Agile Development Lead

We are seeking an Agile Development Lead to lead and manage agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

Job Description
  • To lead and anchor the Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring that the sprint ceremonies are conducted by following the defined Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Execute projects according to agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruptions.
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure that software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience) with minimum 10 years of overall experience
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
