Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Trust and Safety team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing presentations showcasing our capabilities, conducting market research, and incubating new ideas to create differentiation and drive adoption of services.

  • Develop strategic presentations highlighting our Trust and Safety offerings, including market profile, customer segments, competitive analysis, value proposition, and positioning strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within cross-functional teams and build a strong brand presence.
  • Incubate new ideas and proof-of-concept solutions to create differentiation and drive adoption of services.
  • Conduct extensive market research, insights, and intelligence to identify potential opportunities.
  • Innovate with ideas on knowledge building, capability building, asset creation, and retention of service line assets/data.
  • Create process-level documentation, SOPs, case studies, framework documents, question banks, and FAQs.
  • Craft content policies, capability decks for a global community on platforms focusing on global markets.
  • Articulate, interpret, and implement content policies externally and internally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record.
  • Relevant experience in a Business Process Outsourcing/Knowledge Process Outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and client processes.
