Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Customer Relationship Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is seamless and memorable. You will engage with inbound leads via various communication channels, provide clear and concise information about our health transformation programs, and guide new leads through the enrolment process.

You will also be responsible for maintaining, managing, and updating client data using our CRM tools and systems, as well as supporting clients with after-enrolment needs and escalating concerns when necessary. Additionally, you will coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
