About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Officer to join our team at Ducab India. As a Regional Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic market development and account management initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Planning:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and opportunities.
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Foster collaborative partnerships with clients, consultants, and approval bodies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular sales reports to management to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Order Execution to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
    • Collaborate with government testing agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
  • BE- Electrical or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the cable manufacturing sector.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Experience in selling large projects especially the Metro rail, Airport, Nuclear projects etc is a must.
  • Proficiency requires a strong technical foundation in cable manufacturing, deep industry knowledge, proven business acumen in cable sales, and strategic thinking.
