Role Overview:

This is a hybrid position combining infrastructure management with IT execution. The successful candidate will ensure systems, hardware, tools, and services are running securely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Monitoring & Support: Ensure system uptime, health, and performance by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and collaborating to resolve recurring problems.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Automation: Configure machines, access controls, user permissions, support secure practices, assist in CI/CD workflows, and contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentation.
  • Hardware, Tools & Vendor Management: Coordinate hardware procurement, work with vendors for equipment purchases, track inventory, machine handovers, and replacement cycles using internal systems, troubleshoot remote hardware/software issues.
  • Team Enablement & Documentation: Act as a first point of contact for internal TechOps requests, maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and asset registers, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests and maintain system hygiene and documentation
