We are looking for an experienced professional to take on a key role in our team as a Creative Operations Specialist.
This position requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between design and production teams, facilitating seamless daily operations and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand and meet daily design and content delivery requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, tracking, print, electronic media, and field coordination
- Brainstorm and ideate solutions for production-related tasks
- Review and proofread content for production deliveries
- Collaborate with senior designers and creative directors for design approvals
- Monitor task progress virtually through official platforms
- Ensure end-to-end task completion and deadlines are met
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Relevant degree or training in management or team leading is advantageous
