Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mange Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Oversee Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration, and Workforce Development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
