Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage day-to-day legal activities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice and support to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, and conducting legal research.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, and providing legal advice, as well as experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management.

They should also have a strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory & Corporate Transaction Advisory, knowledge of White Collar Crime Advisory, Negotiable Instruments, Consumer Protection, and RERA.

In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and have experience dealing with clients from diverse industries.

A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required, and an advanced degree (LLM) or certifications in related fields will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day legal activities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice and support to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, and conducting legal research
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients, and represent clients in court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and provide technical guidance on complex legal matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications

  • Experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management
