About the Role:

We seek a finance expert who can balance creative ambition with financial discipline — supporting bold decisions with solid numbers .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading all finance aspects: FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Building financial models to inform better decisions.
  • Providing clear investor and board reporting.
  • Owning audits, compliance, and external partner coordination.
  • Building a scalable finance function.

Requirements:

  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups , e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance expertise – thinking big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
  • 6-day work culture.
  • D2C, Q-commerce, fashion startup experience an added advantage.
