- Invoicing and Validation: Verify contracts with our MIS to determine accurate invoicing, service requirements, and formats. Process and issue precise project invoices, validate labor charges, and taxes.
- Monitoring and Backlogs: Track purchase, sales, and service orders across the U.S. to ensure timely invoice issuance. Collaborate with project managers to process backlogs of unbilled invoices.
- Discrepancy Resolution and Quality Assurance: Analyze and resolve discrepancies with customers or project managers. Confirm the accuracy of invoice calculations.
- Process Improvement and Reporting: Recommend and implement billing solutions to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Manage client-based invoicing logs for daily workload prioritization and prepare month-end close reports.
- Coordination and Client Service: Coordinate with local teams, U.S. leads, and project managers. Provide excellent client service and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years in billing and accounting.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting, billing, and financial concepts. Experience with billing software, preferably Oracle system. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook necessary.
- Personal Attributes: Manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, work effectively independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail essential.
