Job Title: Real Estate Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at INVESTORS CLINIC INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  2. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to discuss customer needs and update them on new product releases.
  3. Liaise between customers and the company to ensure timely delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
  4. Establish, maintain, and expand customer base through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Identify and pursue business opportunities through various routes to market.
  6. Aggressively achieve sales targets by working closely with the sales team.
  7. Perform continuous follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Graduation with experience in sales and marketing.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Flair for establishing instant rapport with clients and building strong relationships.
  6. Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter with a strong desire to succeed.
