Digital Marketing Strategist cum Brand Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist cum Brand Growth Expert to join our team at Ecomet360. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create engaging content, optimize user experiences, and enhance brand visibility across various digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives, promotional materials, and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, including ad spend, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.
- Optimize website user experience through A/B testing, heat mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Design and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and live streams, to engage audiences and build brand awareness.
- Moderate online communities, respond to comments, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and measure social media performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Negotiate terms, deliverables, and compensation for influencer collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Foster strategic partnerships with complementary brands to expand market presence and offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role, with expertise in strategy development, team management, and campaign execution.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis, trend spotting, and metric-driven decision-making.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
