Job Opportunity

We are seeking a sales-driven Territory Business Manager to oversee the performance of a large network of direct dealers within the building materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive business strategies at area and territory levels, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and dealer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large number of direct dealers to drive sales growth and increase market presence in assigned regions.
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans (Sales & BD KRAs) for areas and territories.
  • Monitor and enhance dealer performance in alignment with business objectives.
  • Regularly visit markets to ensure strong dealer engagement, product availability, and brand visibility.
  • Track competition activity and identify market opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collection, billing, and credit control with dealers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
